ULearnSystems thank you for purchasing our courses. We make all the possible efforts to make sure users enjoy the process of finding, evaluating, and buying our courses.

The Refund Policy is subject to terms and limitations, just like any other online transaction. You accept our privacy and Terms of use policies as well as our return policy when you purchase a training course on ULearnSystems.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund within 3 Days of Enrollment:
Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 3 days from the enrollment date.

Example: Program Starting Date 15th August. Enrollment Date 2nd August. Eligible for refund if the cancellation request is raised before 5th August.

Program Starting in Less than 4 Days::
Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 4 days are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before one day of the program's commencement.

Example: Program Starting Date 15th August. Enrollment Date 12th August. Eligible for refund if the cancellation request is raised before 14th August.

Note:

1) Please note that, once the program starts, refund requests will not be processed. It is essential to submit the refund request within the specified timeframes mentioned above.

2) All refunds will be processed within 15 working days of ULearnSystems approval of the refund request. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.

3) In the case of duplicate payments made by a candidate, the refund will be processed within 15 working days of receiving notification from the client. The refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.

5) Please note that the terms and conditions mentioned in this refund policy are subject to change by ULearnSystems without previous notification. It is advisable to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or modifications.
